  • We simply require a form of identification. For international students, this is typically a passport number or VISA information.

  • No, you do not need to have a guarantor in order to qualify to live at Nine20 Tempe. Using a guarantor is one of several ways to qualify. If you would like qualify using a guarantor, they must have a US social security number and meet Nine20 Tempe's standard income and credit requirements.

  • If you would like to qualify without using a guarantor, you may choose from one of two alternative options for financial qualifications: payment of a security deposit or enrollment in the Guarantor Waiver Program. Security deposits are equal to 1.5x your monthly base rent and are refundable after you move out of Nine20 Tempe. The Guarantor Waiver Program is a convenient option that requires a monthly (non-refundable) fee of approximately $70 and eliminates the need to provide a guarantor or pay a deposit. The Guarantor Waiver program also requires you to provide proof of your full-time student status in order to enroll.

  • Nine20 Tempe offers fully furnished apartments designed for convenience and comfort. Kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove. Common areas include a full-size front-load washer and dryer, couch, lounge chair, coffee table, end table and up to 4 barstools (depending on the floorplan you choose). Each bedroom includes a full-size bed frame, headboard and memory foam mattress, four drawers of under-bed storage, a desk, desk chair and mini fridge. You will want to plan on bringing your own dishware, bedding, clothing, toiletries and any other personal items.

  • Nine20 Tempe offers a variety of tour options to suit your needs. If you're unable to visit in person, we provide virtual tours via Zoom, FaceTime and WhatsApp for a personalized experience. Additionally, we can offer detailed pre-recorded video tours if you prefer a more flexible option.

  • Spaces at Nine20 Tempe fill very quickly, so we recommend securing your spot as soon as possible to ensure availability.
